what exactly does legally entitled to vote in pennsylvania mean anyway. it can mean you got help that somebody smiled on you. this afternoon after jim cramer posted on twitter, he tweeted again pennsylvania came directly to my rescue and he can vote. it's clearly happy news for a citizen who loves voting and a son who loves his dad. and as for the other several hundred thousand pennsylvaniians who won't be able to vote, well, for you there's just one last hope.
